THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME, WENDY

CHARLESIS HERE TO TELL US ABOUT A SPECIAL EVENT THAT'S COMING UP, THATYOU'RE GOING TO WANT TO PUT ON YOUR CALENDARS AND ATTEND.

YEAH.SO ON OCTOBER 17TH, THE CONCERT HALL IS PRESENTING THE MOODY BLUESTRIBUTE BAND 'GO NOW,' WHICH WAS FORMED BY A GUY NAMED GORDONMARSHALL. AND GORDON WAS THE DRUMMER FOR THE MOODY BLUES FOR 25 YEARSAND HAS PUT TOGETHER A BAND AND IS BROADCASTING IT ON THE 17TH AT ONEO'CLOCK FROM THE HARLEQUIN THEATER IN LONDON, ENGLAND, AND THENBROADCASTING IT LIVE ALL OVER THE WORLD, AND HAS PICKED OUR VENUE TOBE ONE OF THOSE VENUES TO SUPPORT THAT, THAT PRODUCTION.

TELLUS AGAIN, WHAT IS THE DATE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING

CTOBER 17THONE, O'CLOCK. GO TO DURANGOCONCERTS.COM AND SELECT, BUY TICKETS.TICKETS ARE $15 AND IT'S PER HOUSEHOLD. SO IT'S A PRETTY GOOD DEAL.AND THEN THE OTHER PIECE OF IT IS THAT WE GET ABOUT 30 PERCENT OF THEPROCEEDS. AND PART OF THE REASON WE'RE DOING IT IS BECAUSE WE WANT TOKEEP LIVE MUSIC IN FRONT OF OUR AUDIENCES, NOW THAT WERE SHUT DOWNBECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC.

AWESOME. SO IT'S COMING LIVE FROMLONDON. WE CAN WATCH IT HERE IN DURANGO AND WE'RE SUPPORTING NOT ONLYTHE MUSICIANS IN LONDON AND THAT THEATER THAT'S PUTTING IT ON. WE'REALSO ABLE TO SUPPORT OUR THEATER, THE COMMUNITY CONCERT HALL.

THAT'S RIGHT. YOU KNOW, LIVE MUSIC VENUES HAVE SHUT DOWN,LITERALLY ALL OVER THE WORLD, YOU KNOW, AND, AND THEY SHUT DOWN INMARCH AND ALL OF US ARE KINDA HANGING IN THERE TRYING TO SEE WHATWE'RE GOING TO DO WHEN THINGS EASE UP, WE GET A VACCINE OR WHENEVERWE CAN GET BACK AND, GATHERED TOGETHER. BUT IN THE MEANTIME, THESEORGANIZATIONS AND BANDS AROUND THE WORLD HAVE SAID, WE'VE GOT TOFIGURE OUT A WAY TO KEEP THESE VENUES ENGAGED AND KEEP THEIRAUDIENCES ENGAGED WITH THEM. SO THEY'VE BEEN OFFERING LIVE CONCERTSTO VENUES THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR THEM. THEY, THEYJUST CHARGE A TICKET PRICE. THEY KEEP PART OF IT. WE KEEP PART OF ITAND THEN WE ALL GET GREAT LIVE MUSIC AT THE SAME TIME.

AMAZING.TELL US ABOUT THE MOODY BLUES, MAYBE FOR SOME FOLKS THAT MAY OR MAYNOT KNOW.

WELL, THE MOODY BLUES WERE A SEMINAL 1960S BAND,RIGHT? AND INTO THE SEVENTIES AS WELL. I ACTUALLY CAUGHT THEM INPROBABLY 1980 MYSELF. BUT IF YOU EVER HEARD THE SONG, 'NIGHTS INWHITE SATIN,' JUSTIN HAYWARD WAS THE FOUNDER OF THAT BAND. AND THISGUY, GORDON MARSHALL WAS THE DRUMMER FOR 25 YEARS. AND WHAT GORDONMARSHALL HAS DONE IS TAKEN A LOT OF THE ARRANGEMENTS FROM THE MOODYBLUES BAND AND MADE THEM FIT A BAND OF EIGHT MUSICIANS THAT HE'SBROUGHT TOGETHER. THERE'LL BE EIGHT CAMERAS SHOOTING. THIS EVENTLIVE. AND THE MOODY BLUES IS A BAND THAT IF YOU WERE MY AGE, MAYBE,OR A LITTLE OLDER, MAYBE A LITTLE YOUNGER, YOU MIGHT FIND THAT THEYARE A BAND THAT YOU REMEMBER AND BRING BACK LOTS OF GOOD MEMORIES.

SO IT'S GOING TO BE REALLY A FUN EVENT FOR ALL DIFFERENTAGES. AND IT'S COOL TO BE PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL EVENT RIGHT HEREIN OUR LITTLE TOWN OF DURANGO.

IT'S PRETTY AMAZING. ANDTHERE'LL BE ONE O'CLOCK OUR TIME, ON, ON THAT SATURDAY, OCTOBER THE17TH, BUT YOU KNOW, SO THAT'S LIKE WHAT EIGHT O'CLOCK LONDON TIME,NINE O'CLOCK PARIS TIME. AND THEN OF COURSE, WHATEVER ELSE HAPPENSAROUND THE WORLD. SO THERE'S A LOT OF VENUES. IN FACT, LAST NIGHT WEDID A LIVE VENUE, A LIVE BROADCAST WITH SUZANNE VEGA AND SUZANNE VEGAPERFORMED FROM THE BLUE NOTE IN NEW YORK CITY. AND SHE DID THE SAMETHING. SHE WAS TRYING TO KEEP LIVE MUSIC VENUES LIKE OURS IN FRONT OFOUR AUDIENCES. AND SO SHE PROBABLY HAD 50 DIFFERENT VENUES AROUND THECOUNTRY, BROADCASTING HER SHOW.

AMAZING. I'M GLAD THAT EVENTHOUGH THE CONCERT HALL IS SHUT DOWN, THAT YOU GUYS ARE, ARE ABLE TOOFFER, YOU KNOW, LIVE MUSIC TO PEOPLE HERE IN OUR TOWN AND BEYOND,RIGHT.

YEAH. AND IT'S A, IT'S A GOOD THING FOR US TO KEEP,KEEP US KIND OF CONNECTED TO MUSICIANS AND KEEP US CONNECTED TO OURAGENTS AND THE PEOPLE THAT WE WORK WITH ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY. WE'REWORKING ON SOME OTHER TO BE ANNOUNCED ITEMS FOR NOVEMBER ANDDECEMBER. SO, KEEP AN EYE OUT AT DURANGOCONCERTS.COM. IF YOU WANT USTO GO TO THIS, EVENT WITH GO, NOW'S THE NAME OF THE BAND, GO TODURANGO CONCERTS.COM AND CLICK BUY TICKETS,
